We are manufacturer. Founded in 2007, we have been manufacturing and exporting professional makeup brushes for 14 years. Cangzhou Xuancai Cosmetic Brushes Co., Ltd., is a professional manufacturer of high quality makeup brushes, covering R&D, production and sales. Founded in 2007, all of our brushes are hand-made. Our brush making technology was introduced from Japan and South Korea. The glue is imported from Germany. The bristles, ferrules, wood handles, paint on handles are all of high quality.

Makeup brushes were first produced in Japan and South Korea. Later, due to international division of labor and geographical advantages, many Japanese and South Korean enterprises came to Cangzhou, Hebei, China to invest in brush making factories and recruit local people to be workers. In addition to being workers, many locals began to sell makeup brushes. One of our founders, Mrs. Liu, was originally a worker in a brush making factory and worked there for many years. Her husband Mr. Liu and her brother Shawn established Shanghai Xuancai Cosmetic Brushes Co., Ltd. in 2005 after several years' dealing with makeup brushes. Two years later, they built our own factory, that is Cangzhou Xuancai Cosmetic Brushes Co., Ltd., From then, our manufacturing, exporting and R&D of makeup brushes began.

Because of the advanced brush making technology introduced from Japan and South Korea, and experienced brush making workers, our makeup brush quality quickly won the recognition and love of international customers. Later, with the deepening of industrialization, machines were used more and more widely in factories. We were also caught between using machines to increase production to make more money and insisting on hand-making to ensure quality. In the end, we chose to stick to hand-made brushes, because the core of makeup brush is the bristles. Hand-made brushes can protect the bristles to the greatest extent and avoid accidental injury caused by the machine.

Owing to it is handmade, our brushes need more time to be finished, so the output is not high, the annual output does not exceed 10 million pieces. Although making money is important, we are happier to see each brush achieve its best quality and provide users the best use experience.
